Returns We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Eligibility: Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Items marked as final sale, perishable, or damaged due to misuse are not eligible.
Damaged or Wrong Items: Report within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence to mufwambiforb@gmail.com.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refund Processing: Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items damaged due to misuse or negligence
- Items returned after the 30-day window
- Final sale or clearance items
How to Request a Return Contact us at our store email with your order number and reason for return. We will review your request within 2–3 business days.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
Damaged or Wrong Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
